Curriculum
We will be using Masterbooks as the curriculum at SCA!
We are a homeschool Christian academy that is in partnership with parents to educate their student; parent involvement is valuable and 6 hours per month of volunteer time will be expected.
We have coaches not teachers.
Chapel will be every morning and consist of prayer, worship, and bible study.

FAQs
Will there be uniforms? Yes! Uniforms will be required at SCA.
Will there be a purchased lunch option available, or will they need to bring their lunch each day? Students will need to bring a packed lunch everyday.
What curriculum will you be using? Masterbooks.
Will this school be accredited? Accreditation is for schools and institutions. We use a curriculum that is faith based.
Are there any discount for multiple students? Siblings will recieve a 10% discount.
Will you issue official transcripts or report cards? We will not have report cards or grades. We will share with parents how their student is doing academically. Parents can create transcripts and report cards for their students if they would like to on their own to keep track of what curriculum they have completed.
Will there be any gym or physical education classes offered? We will have phyiscal activity. We will be following Jesus' example for our lives in Luke 2:52.
What does homework and project time commitment look like? This is an Academy for homeschooled students. The level of curriculum will determine the time commitment.
